2026 SNUG K-12 National Conference

I love fixing messy systems, broken workflows, and those band-aid processes that were supposed to be temporary but somehow became permanent.

Over the last 10 years, I've worked with school districts to solve complicated problems involving ERP systems, HR and payroll operations, reporting, and process improvement. My favorite projects are the ones that require collaboration and creativity.

With a focus on payroll and HR, my areas of expertise include PS ERP/eFinancePlus, BusinessPlus, and Frontline Central, Absence Management, and Time & Attendance. I'm also a firm believer that just about anything can be solved with a well-designed Google Sheet and the right color coding.

As President of SNUG K-12, I'm passionate about bringing people together to share ideas, learn from one another, and solve problems as a community. I firmly believe that the best solutions come from smart people working together.
