I would like to cover a session around the logistics of working with PowerSchool Support and how districts/consortiums can best structure their own internal support systems to best work with how PowerSchool operates. Internally or Externally hosted environments will benefit from this session as the process for support is similar. We will hear from different districts large and small in how things seem to work best to achieving faster response times and a higher quality for cases being resolved for their districts.
